When people ask what I do, I tell them, “I get men out of trouble and women into trouble.” And for 4 generations, Jaymark Jewelers has been doing that and more.
The fact is I have the best career. My plan was to become a teacher. Then I married Jim…and his family business. 27+ years later, I wouldn’t change a thing.
I also work with the best people (on both sides of the jewelry case).
Everyday at Jaymark brings something interesting. For example, the day I wrote this bio, I met a great guy nervously getting ready to make the most important promise of his life, a woman picking up the refurbished ring she just inherited after losing her favorite aunt, three friends picking out Pandora beads for another friend’s 40th and grandparents getting their granddaughter her first piece of good jewelry. I also changed a ton of batteries, dislodged dinner for eight from under someone’s very dirty engagement ring and bought some, really-everyone-wore-these-in-the-eighties, gold earrings for scrap gold value.

At Jaymark, all repairs and custom design work is done on site on Route 9, in Cold Spring our showroom/factory or in our Katonah showroom/factory. You have the reassurance of knowing where and with whom your precious pieces are at all times. You have the opportunity to work directly with your jeweler, and you are assured as fast a turn around as possible. Many services can even be preformed while you wait.
